SL inneb\u00e4r att ledarstilen &#8211; p\u00e5verkansbeteendet -anpassas till den faktiska genomf\u00f6randekompetensen kopplad till den specifika uppgiften eller situationen i fr\u00e5ga.<\/p>\n<p>Teorin som under sextiotalet utvecklades av forskarna Paul Hersey och Ken Blanchard p\u00e5 Cornell University inneb\u00e4r fyra steg:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Identifiera den specifika uppgiften<\/li>\n<li>Utv\u00e4rdera genomf\u00f6randekompetensniv\u00e5n<\/li>\n<li>Svara med r\u00e4tt ledarstil\/ p\u00e5verkansbeteende samt<\/li>\n<li>Hantera individens f\u00f6rflyttning genom olika niv\u00e5er av genomf\u00f6randekompetens<\/li>\n<li>Metoden inneh\u00e5ller \u00e4ven en 360-graders feedbackanalys.
